How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service by Email to obtain a return slip or more information on returning an item. Thank you.

Etic USA Does NOT offer refunds on damaged products, Products my be returned for online store credit or exchanged for product of same or lesser value.

If you received a product from our factory that was damaged or faulty it must be return and post marked within 7 days of receiving it by mail.
Product must be sent back to our warehouse along with the return slip you received from our customer service. Once our warehouse has received your return we will ship you the replacement product within 48 hours except on Holidays and weekends or issue you a store credit.
